Volunteer - those who aren’t quite ready to be on staff yet, but are interested in serving and growing in their leadership. (Min. 13 years old)
New Staff - those who have never been on the Camp Pagweak Staff team, or who haven’t been on the summer team in the last two years. (Min. 14 years old)
Returning Staff - those who have worked at Camp Pagweak the summer of 2023, 2024 or both.
Summer 2025 Positions:
Volunteer
Responsible for providing assistance to cabin/activity leaders, kitchen and maintenance crews as assigned while seeking to grow in skills, knowledge, character and faith.

Junior Staff
Responsible for providing junior leadership across multiple departments, including cabin & activity leading, kitchen and maintenance, in accordance with weekly demand and placement. (Min. age: 14)

Senior Staff
Responsible for providing senior leadership across multiple departments, including cabin & activity leading, kitchen and maintenance, in accordance with weekly demand and placement. (Min. age: 16)

Lifeguard
Responsible for the supervision of aquatic based activities (e.g. swimming, kayaking, etc.) in cooperation with the Program Team and providing appropriate emergency medical care when necessary. This position must be paired with another position listed here and requires NLS certification.

Responsible for helping foster relationships between campers and cabin leaders by assisting the Head of Program in the management of programing personnel and resources.

Head of Program
Responsible for helping foster relationships between campers and cabin leaders through the managing of programing personnel and resources for the sake of aiding Camp Pagweak in the fulfillment of their mission.

Head Cabin Leader
Responsible for serving the Camp Pagweak Staff team by providing holistic support (mind, heart, spirit & strength) to all cabin leading staff throughout the summer season.
